FUNnel Cake

- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 /3 cup THM Pancake Mix
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. cake batter extract
Mix the ingredients together. Put the batter in a piping bag or a Ziplock bag (you'll cut out a corner of the Ziplock when you're ready to cook), Heat up 2-3 Tbsp. coconut oil in a medium frying pan. When the oil is hot, pour the batter in a circular motion into the pan. Cook until golden brown and flip so you can get the other side golden brown.
Top with sifted Gentle Sweet, berries, and nonfat whipped topping. Serves one.
