Virgin Bloody Mary

  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. dill pickle juice or olive brine
  • 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp. prepared horseradish
  • 1/2 tsp. hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 pinches of mineral salt
  • a sprinkle of black pepper
  • a sprinkle of cayenne pepper (to taste)

 Zing together in a blender and pour over a glass of ice.

 

Suggested garnish/serving options:

  • 1 small celery heart stalk with leaves
  • 1 lemon wedge
  • 3-4 large olives
  • precooked bacon slice
  • dill pickle spear
